Client Management
Do you have a checklist of items you need from your clients before you start working together? Is your client’s information spread thin across different platforms that don’t talk to each other? Client management can be a time consuming and stressful task if you don’t have your systems in place. Systems allow you to better manage information and automate tasks saving you time and stress.
What’s included:
Platform identification: I’ll help determine the best platform or set of tools to use. Platforms I commonly work with: Dubsado, Honeybook, Airtable, ClickUp.
Basic workflow (for one service type*): With your help, we’ll map out all the steps needed to deliver your service to your client.
Platform setup: With a workflow in hand, I’ll set up your new platform to help schedule sessions, collect client data, sign contracts, invoice, and deliver your services. I’ll make sure this tool is connected to your other systems to ensure data integrity.
Training: You’ll get a training guide and final walk through so you’re clear on how to use your new system.
What’s not included:
Copywriting: I will help build out landing pages, intake forms, and canned transactional emails with general copy, but you will be asked to provide your own copy.
Design: We will do out best to work with your brand style guide, but you will want to work with a designer if you would like
What to expect:
Intake: You will be asked to fill out a comprehensive intake form to collect all the information needed for me to build out your client management system. This will include things like service details, the steps you take to deliver your service, style guide, contracts and forms, a current list of clients, and access to other tools for integrations.
Kickoff: We’ll schedule a kickoff call where we’ll walk through and build a workflow map together. This will become the blueprint for your client management system build out.
Implementation: I’ll then take everything from here and implement all of the information into the selected platform.
Training: As I implement all the processes, I will document everything in SOPs so you have a reference point when using your new system. We’ll meet one more time to walk through your new system together.

Additional service types ($295 per service) - If you like what we set up for one service type, we can build in efficiencies to your other service types.
*What’s a service type? Let’s say you offer in-person appointments, online consultations, and online courses. Each of those is a different service type and requires a different set of steps to deliver services.
