This is an ongoing monthly retainer where I manage your online business with you. First, we'll address immediate pain points, then I will get to work by setting up the systems needed to hit your goals, create automations so you can let things run in the background, and document processes so it’s easy to repeat and/or delegate consistently. Once everything is running smoothly, I will support you with ongoing strategy, maintenance, program launches, and quarterly reports. Support can be customized to your needs.

What’s included:

  • Regular Check In Calls - We will meet every 2 weeks for an hour each to review progress, discuss strategy, and train on new systems. Call will be recorded.

  • Voice & Text Support - Your own exclusive Slack channel to ask questions during our container.

  • Project Management - In ClickUp or your tool of preference to track actions and progress.

  • Training & Documentation - SOPs and training will be included for each new system that is created.

  • Monthly Reporting - We’ll identify the top success metrics to track and review every month.
