Inbox Zero Mini-Course

If you are anything like me, you have at least 2-3 different email addresses and upwards of 5k unread emails in your inbox and 20k just sitting in your inbox. You are not the only one, but just the thought might make you cringe. It's not just the shear amount of emails, but the weight that each carries. Are there requests in there you forgot to respond to? Sales you missed? Friends you might feel you’re letting down?

Processing emails is a daunting task, especially if you get over 100 emails a day. This is in addition to tending to co-workers, family, and your own self-care. Imagine the impact email clutter has on your nervous system and the cascading effect it has on your mood for the day. No thank you!

I’ve held Inbox Zero status for the last year and set up a system to maintain the madness. I’d like to share my secrets and challenge you to empty the inbox, so you can start the new year with a sense of ease and clarity.

Are you ready to finally say goodbye to the email clutter?

What is Inbox Zero?

It’s exactly as it sounds. Your email in-box is not meant to be a stay-box, but this is generally how people treat it. Emails stay in your inbox until they get done. Instead, we’re going to help shift your mindset to only use your inbox for processing.

This mini-class helps you organize your emails, remove the ones that are weighing you down, and teach you how to maintain a clean slate on the daily.

It's a radical shift from using your inbox as a never-ending to-do list.

What are the benefits?

  • Start your day in a calm/blissful state. Seriously. You’ll have maybe 5-10 emails to process in the morning, which means you can get straight to work on the things that you've already prioritized for the day.

  • Become proactive vs reactive. You’ll have more time now to focus on you business priorities now that it is easier to see what needs action vs what needs to be deleted or delegated. Your day should not be ruled by putting out fires that aren't actually your fires.

  • Be more efficient with your time. Reduce interruptions and distractions throughout the day so you have more time blocks to focus on work that is important.

  • Respond to people quicker. No longer leave people hanging for days at a time. With the added space, you can respond to people right away if needed.

  • Anyone who is ready to stop being a slave to their inbox and other people's timelines.

  • Those who use a Gmail account. While the process works across systems, most of the tips and tricks I present are Gmail specific. Don't use Gmail? Let me know and I’ll consider building something specific to your platform at a future date.
