After a System Tune Up Week you will feel more rooted in your business, more confident in your offerings, and prepared to expand your offers without frying your nervous system.

How it works:
Week 1: Plan & gather
Business questionnaire
1 hour kickoff call via Zoom to map out business needs and create a plan for implementation in week 2
Gather assets needed including passwords, photography, and copy
Week 2: Build & train
10 hours of focused implementation time
Daily reports and communication via Slack
1 hour handoff call via Zoom
Personalized SOP documentation for completed system builds
What you get:

A solid 8 hours of implementation time on the areas of your business that need immediate attention. This may include one or more of the following:
Website updates or page build outs
Booking, scheduling, and payment set up

4 weeks of Slack support after handoff to ask questions as you start to utilize your new systems

You are required to fill out a business questionnaire, be available for the kickoff and hand off calls, and be accessible during Week 2 to answer any questions that come up. During Week 2, I request that you be available to answer questions via Slack (chat app) within a 1 hour turnaround time to stick to our strict timeline for the week.

While it is helpful to have copy upfront to build out your systems (web copy, email content, pdf downloads, course materials, etc), it is not required. In Week 1, we will identify copy needs, so you will have a week to build out content if you have the time. If copy is not ready by Week 2, I will add in filler content and provide instructions for you to implement when ready.

During our planning week, we will create a prioritized list of implementation tasks. We most likely won’t get to everything, but I will try by best to complete each build out so you are not left with a half-built system. At the end of every day, I will send over a short report on what was implemented so you are aware of progress. We can reprioritize tasks during the end of the week if needed. If there are still items you would like help with implementing after we’ve reached out 10 hour limit, you will have the option to purchase more hourly credits to complete the given request.
